The meal in Kathmandu would just be a Breakfast as the lodging in Kathmandu is of B&B (Bed and Breakfast) type. While trekking we provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to our guest. However, Soup, Noodles, Rice and Seasonal Veggies are common in the trekking area. For breakfast, we provide bread, eggs, and cereals.
